Immunological detection of bone marrow lesions in skin melanoma and its clinical significance: Observational study

Background. Melanoma of the skin is characterized by a rapid progression and early metastasis. It has been shown disseminated tumor cells, which are often found in bone marrow, an important prognostic value. The study cells melanoma might be one possible additional sources information about nature disease potential application points for drug therapy.
 Aim. To frequency detection marrow melanoma, depending on clinical morphological characteristics tumor.
 Materials methods. included 67 patients with verified diagnosis who were examined treated at Blokhin National Medical Research Center Oncology from 2014 to 2019 years.
